At Sixpax our goal is to encourage our team, clients, and community to Be Yourself But Stronger.

We believe individuality is important and enhancing individuals both in mind and body is the key to finding a healthy lifestyle. We value the journey as much as the final result and want fitness to be fun. We believe good energy is contagious and hire an expert staff with high and positive energy. In the spirit of believing everything in moderation we encourage clients to diversify their workouts with Pilates, cardio, and circuit training. At Sixpax, we teach students how to properly and efficiently execute exercises using the deeper muscles in the body as well as provide modifications for various injuries and limitations. Strengthening the community in a welcoming environment as well as the individual is central to our cause.
